An invoice is ineligible to get funded if it doesn’t meet FundThrough’s basic requirements. Specifically, invoices are ineligible if:

  • First fundings only: The total invoice amount is less than $100,000 or if the business doesn’t have at least $100K in receivables to one customer.

  • The invoices are not B2B or government-related (for example, if they’re issued to individual consumers).

  • The invoices are for work that hasn’t been completed yet or lack a clear due date.

  • The business operates in construction or real estate

  • There are existing liens or claims on receivables that the business is not willing to remove.

  • If the invoice is already paid, the net terms are greater than 90 days, the invoice is overdue, and if the client or customer name is missing.

Please also note that we can't fund purchase orders, field tickets, or estimates.
