The Outstanding Invoices (Aging) report shows any invoices and their amounts that you owe to FundThrough along with any accrued fees. It has all the information you need for reconciling your accounting yourself, or to send to your finance department or external accountant.

Please note that if the entire report is blank, you don’t have any outstanding invoices at all. If the Aging column is blank for a particular invoice, the invoice is still outstanding but it is not overdue.

Watch the video to see how to access the report step-by-step, or follow these instructions:

  • Login to your account. Click the 3 lines in the upper left-hand corner

  • Click Reports

  • Under Transactions to Date, click Generate CSV. (Note: if you still see a spinning progress wheel after a few minutes, refresh the entire page. You should then see that the report has been refreshed.)

  • Click the Download button to get a .csv file

Note: You can download this report to your mobile device so that you can easily email it, even if you’re away from your desk.

Here’s an example of what the report looks like:

Here are the definitions for every column:

invoice_date:

The date the invoice was advanced

invoice_number:

The invoice number of the advance

Customer:

Your customer’s name

currency:

The transaction's currency

Invoice_value:

The dollar amount advanced

outstanding_principal:

The outstanding dollar amount on the invoice

due_date:

The due date on the invoice advanced

aging:

The days past due for the invoice advanced. (If applicable)

accrued_fees:

The fees accrued on that invoice to date
