How to set up a new customer

If it’s your first time funding a specific client, email them through the FundThrough

platform to let them know to switch payment details to FundThrough. Your client will have to confirm to proceed.

Each time you fund an invoice, we’ll need email confirmation that the goods or services have been delivered or completed. If you use an AP portal with your client or require other verification arrangements, we can set that up for you.
