If it’s your first time funding a specific client, email them through the FundThrough platform asking them to switch payment details to FundThrough. Your client will have to confirm that the change has been made to proceed. Your account manager (for existing clients) or onboarding specialist (new clients) can work with you on the best way to approach your client.
