Before sending money, we require a few things to verify you, your business and determine your eligibility. Our account set up is designed to be easy for you and takes less than 5 minutes.

We’ll need these up to date documents to get started:

  • Business formation documents such as LLC certificates, Articles of Incorporation, or some other legal proof of business (for sole props, we can accept your last 2 years of tax statements)

  • Government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport).

  • Void check or official direct deposit form from your business checking account.

  • Authorization to review your business’ tax history.

  • Connection to your invoicing and or banking history.

We may request other information to verify your business and your customers. As your funding size grows, we may require financial documents. We do not require a credit check.
