How do I submit my invoices?

You can easily submit invoices either by connecting your accounting software or uploading them manually.

Option 1 - Connect your accounting software:

Save time by automatically importing your invoices directly from your accounting platform. Once connected, you can select which invoices you’d like to fund, and they’ll be added to your dashboard instantly. Click your initials in the top right corner, Settings, and Accounting software.

Option 2 - Smart Upload or Manual Upload:

Click “Add Invoice” on your dashboard. You’ll have two upload options:

- Smart Upload: Use our AI-powered upload tool to quickly add one or multiple invoices at once.

- Manual Upload: If you prefer, you can upload invoices individually. On the next step, we’ll confirm the key details; so make sure your invoice includes:

- Invoice Number

- Invoice Date

- Due Date (or Net Terms)

- Total Amount
