If you have a live link to a supported accounting/invoicing software, we automatically import any new invoices that you create. Some invoices, however, are not eligible for funding because they have either been outstanding for too long or are otherwise disqualified, so these invoices are not displayed for funding.
For users without a live link to a supporting invoicing software, you can upload your invoices from your Invoice dashboard by clicking on the "Add Invoice" button. For more on how this works, visit this article.
If you are not seeing an invoice you believe should be visible, it is possible we've lost the link to your accounting software and it needs to be refreshed.
